Cobourg Police – Man Arrested on Fail to Comply with Probation Order

On Wednesday, August 20th, at approximately 1:30 pm, members of Cobourg Police Service arrested a man on the strength of an Arrest Warrant held by the Cobourg Police Service for failing to comply with probation order.

Cody PUFFER, a 30-year-old-male from the Town of Cobourg, was charged with the following:

1. Fail to comply with probation order x 2 – Contrary to CC 733.1 of the Criminal Code

2. Failure to comply with releases order – other than to attend court x2 – Contrary to CC 145(5)(a) of
the Criminal Code

Puffer was held pending a bail hearing scheduled for August 21st, 2020.
