In Police Blotter

Emergency services were dispatched to a single motor vehicle collision east of Edville in Cramahe Township on Friday, July 24, 2020.

A pick-up truck was travelling westbound on Telephone Road at approximately 6:50 p.m. when it went into the north ditch, traveled a distance, struck a hydro pole which landed on the roof of the pickup truck. The pickup then crossed the road and struck a tree heavily before coming to a stop.

Two people were transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries and a OPP canine unit was called in after it’s believed possibly two other people may have left the scene of the collision.
