Two People Sent to Hospital Following Collision Near Bewdley

Two people were sent to hospital following a collision in Hamilton Township on Wednesday, May 27, 2020.
Shortly before 7 p.m. emergency services responded to the intersection of Rice Lake Scenic Drive and Oak Ridges Drive in Hamilton Township, near Bewdley.
It’s believed a vehicle was travelling west on Oak Ridges Drive and a vehicle was travelling south on Rice Lake Scenic Drive when a collision between the two vehicles occurred.
One vehicle went into the south ditch, and another into the north ditch.
Two people in one of the vehicles were transported to hospital, one with serious injuries.  The driver of the other vehicle received minor injuries.
Oak Ridges Drive was closed for approximately one hour.
No word on charges.
