Northumberland OPP – Second Suspect Arrested Regarding Shooting Victim Dropped Off at NHH

On April 21st, 2020 at approximately 15:01pm, members of Northumberland Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested an accused person without incident. The accused surrendered into police custody at 43 Division Toronto Police Service in Scarborough, as a result of an outstanding arrest warrant.

23 year old Kimroy PETERS of North York was arrested and charged with the following offences:

· Attempt to commit murder using a firearm

· Robbery using a firearm

· Possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose

The accused is currently in custody awaiting a bail hearing held for a bail hearing.
