Caution – Disturbing Video – Video of Alleged Assault in Cobourg

Today’s Northumberland is releasing video of an alleged assault that took place earlier this week outside a business on Division Street over the lunch hour.

The faces of the parties involved has been blurred to protect their identities.

Today’s Northumberland reached out to the family of the victim before posting the video.
