Notice of Appeal Hearing Request Regarding the Revocation of A1 Taxi Owner Licences
The Town of Cobourg would like to advise citizens that an Appeal Hearing Request was received in the matter of an Application by 1979388 Ontario Ltd. – Verander Gill —Owner (0/A A1 Taxi) regarding the revocation of all taxi owner licences.
AND IN THE MATTER OF a hearing pursuant to the Statutory Powers Procedure Act, Section 5(1) of the Municipal Act, 2001 and By-law No.014-2014 of the Corporation of the Town Of Cobourg.
TAKE NOTICE THAT the Hearing Committee (Municipal Council) of the Corporation of the Town of Cobourg hereby appoints Monday March 9, 2020 at 4:00 P.M. in the Municipal Council Chambers, 55 King Street, West Cobourg Ontario, for the hearing to consider the Application of 1979388 Ontario Ltd. for a Taxi Owner’s Licence, in accordance with By-law No.014-2014.
