The Royals Performing This Coming Saturday In Cobourg

Celebrating the excitement of the Big Band Era, The Royals, Cobourg’s renowned swing band will be performing this coming Saturday, February 1st at Victoria Hall starting at 8:00 pm.

In the second year of the Cobourg BIG BAND Festival Concert Series, tickets are still available from the Victoria Hall box office at the modest price of $32.50 plus HST.

The Royals, formed in 1972, have entertained thousands of people not only in Northumberland County, but in cities and towns from the GTA to Belleville. This event features the vocal stylings of Tanya Wills, who is known throughout Ontario and plays regularly in popular venues in the GTA.

If you want to dance, or simply listen to the very best of Glenn Miller, Tommy Dorsey, Count Basie and Duke Ellington, this event is guaranteed to to get your body swaying, your feet tapping and your fingers snapping!

Free Swing Dance lessons will also be provided at Intermission!!
