Two Vehicle Collision In Hamilton Township

Two vehicles collided at the intersection of Danforth Road East and Jarvis Road in Hamilton Township on January 1, 2020.

A vehicle with four occupants was heading eastbound on Danforth Road East collided with a pickup truck that was turning onto Danforth Road East from Jarvis Road at approximately 1:45 p.m.

The 2019 pickup and the vehicle sustained heavy damage.

Cobourg Fire Department, Northumberland OPP, Northumberland County Paramedics and Cobourg Police attended the scene.

The roadway was blocked for approximately an hour while the investigation took place and the vehicles were removed from the roadway.
