Breaking News – Tractor Trailer Rollover On Highway 401 Off-Ramp At Grafton

Emergency services were called to a transport truck that rolled onto its side at Highway 401 eastbound at Grafton.

The call came in shortly before 11 p.m. on Wednesday, December 4, 2019.

Cobourg Fire Department along with Hamilton Township Fire Department, Northumberland County Paramedics and Northumberland OPP responded to Highway 401 eastbound off-ramp at Grafton for the transport which was carrying frozen food that had rolled onto its side.

Conditions on the off-ramp were slippery at the time of the rollover.

The driver was taken to hospital as a precaution.
