Cobourg Police – Breach of Recognizance Arrest

On Tuesday the 12th day of November 2019 police received a call regarding a female allegedly breaching court imposed conditions.

Further investigation revealed that Lindsey Turland, 32 years of age from the Town of Cobourg had breached her conditions of Recognizance by failing to sign in to the Cobourg Police Service.

As a result of the police investigation, Turland was arrested and charged with Breaching her Recognizance contrary to section 145(3) of the Criminal Code of Canada and held for a Bail Hearing.
