Cobourg Police – Male Arrested for Criminal Harassment and Breach of Probation

On October 4th, 2019 officers of the Cobourg Police Service entered into an harassment investigation, after receiving a complaint of repeated and unwanted online messages.

The investigation concluded with 25 year old Dylan KNAPMAN of Cobourg being arrested and charged with the following:
1. Criminal Harassment contrary to section 264(1) of the Criminal Code
2. 3 counts of Breaching a Probation Order contrary to section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code.

KNAPMAN was released from Police custody on a promise to appear and Officer in Charge Undertaking. He will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in November.
