Cobourg Police – Drug Arrest

On Friday September 27th 2019 Police located a male known to be wanted on an outstanding warrant of arrest.

Members of the Cobourg arrested the 42-year-old male, Patrick QUINLIN.

Police located 0.2 grams of suspected fentanyl and 7.7 grams of suspected cocaine on the accused during arrest.

The accused was later held for a show cause hearing and charged with the following offences:
1. Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (Cocaine) – Contrary to Section 5(2) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
2. Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking (Fentanyl) – Contrary to Section 5(2) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
3. Breach of Probation – Contrary to Section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada
4. Breach of Probation – Contrary to Section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada
5. Breach of Probation – Contrary to Section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada
6. Breach of Probation – Contrary to Section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada
