Peterborough County OPP – Weekend Impaired Driving Charges

(PETERBOROUGH, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complaint on Highway 7 shortly after 2:30pm on Friday, September 6, 2019. The vehicle was stopped on Ashburnham Drive and the female driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Jacqueline WALSH (age 60) of Trent Hills, Ontario was arrested and charged with:
Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration – 80 plus
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough on September 26, 2019.

(DOURO-DUMMER TOWNSHIP, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single vehicle motor vehicle collision on Lynch’s Rock Road at approximately 4:45pm on Saturday, September 7, 2019. The male driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Jeffrey MCILMOYLE (age 50) of Douro-Dummer Township, Ontario was arrested and charged with:
Operation while impaired – b lood alcohol concentration – 80 plus
Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough on October 3, 2019.

(SELWYN TOWNSHIP, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle on Chemong Road at approximately 7:45pm on Saturday, September 7, 2019. The male driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Frederick COUPLAND (age 24) of Selwyn Township, Ontario was arrested and charged with:
Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration – 80 plus
Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
Dangerous operation of a m otor vehicle
Red light – Fail to stop
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough on October 8, 2019.

(SELWYN TOWNSHIP, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle on Centre Line at approximately 10:30pm on Saturday, September 7, 2019. The female driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Laurie CRUISE (age 54) of Uxbridge, Ontario was arrested and charged with:
Operation while impaired – blood alc ohol concentration – 80 plus
Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough on October 8, 2019.
