Cobourg Police – Female Arrested for Breach of Recognizance

On the 6th of September 2019 Cobourg Police were on routine patrol when they recognized a female known to be wanted for a Breach of Recognizance as well as an outstanding committal warrant.

As a result 32 year old Cobourg resident Tiffany Doherty-Bowen was arrested and charged with the following offence;

Breach of Recognizance Contrary to Section 145(3) of the Criminal Code of Canada

Tiffany Doherty –Bowen was held for a bail hearing scheduled for 07 September 2019.
