Quinte West OPP – Cobourg Man Charged With Impaired Driving

On August 23 2019 at approximately 7:30 p.m. officers from the Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complaint on Highway 401 in the city of Quinte West. Officers located the vehicle and arrested the driver for impaired driving.

Jason Jordan BISSONNETTE, 24 years old of Cobourg, was arrested and charged with:
Operation While Impaired – Alcohol and Drug
Operation While Impaired – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus)

His driver’s licence has been suspended for 90 days and his vehicle impounded for seven days.

The accused was released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to attend the Ontario Court of Justice located in the city of Belleville on September 12, 2019.
