Cobourg Police – Mischief Arrest

On August the 7th, 2019 officers of the Cobourg Police conducted surveillance in the area of Munson Crescent. Police had received seven complaints from a resident in the area that someone was repeatedly dumping trash onto their yard. At about 10:35 PM, Police observed a vehicle stop and throw garbage from his vehicle onto the driveway. Police arrested the subject at the scene while in the act.

Arrested and charged with 8 counts of Mischief was 58 year old Cobourg resident, Blair Mccoll. He was later released from the custody of the Cobourg Police station and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in September of 2019.
