Trash ‘N Treasures Returns To Colborne

In Upcoming Events

It’s a tradition: the annual community-wide Trash ‘N Treasures yard sale in the village of Colborne in Cramahe Township. And it’s on again! Saturday, August 10, 2019!

Over the many years it’s been held, this event has drawn thousands of people who search for treasures at the myriad yard sales set up throughout this picturesque village. It’s a one-day bargain-hunter’s bonanza.

This year, expect “extras” like a bake sale at the Colborne Legion, BBQs here and there, or stop in to one of our great restaurants. There are downtown antique and retro shops to tempt you, too.

It’s not limited to local vendors or folks who have less-than-a-yardful of stuff to sell. If you would like to set up in Victoria Square Park in the centre of Colborne, you can rent a space for $10. Call 905.355.2821, ext. 122, or e-mail jeannie@cramahetownship.ca to arrange. Over a dozen vendors from throughout southern Ontario have already registered!

There’s no fee for touring our township in search of treasures! Make a day of it. Make it your tradition too.
