Man arrested for committing an indecent act in a Lindsay park

On Saturday July 20, 2019 at 12:45pm a family attended a soccer field in Lindsay and observed a man standing amongst a group of trees beside the park, performing an indecent act. The City of Kawartha Lakes Police were contacted and officers attended the area to investigate.

The attending officer located the man and arrested him. Charged with indecent exhibition and mischief to property is 60-year-old Daniel Robert Bean of Lindsay. The accused will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice, located at 440 Kent Street west in Lindsay on August 29, 2019.
