Buskers Festival Causes Cobourg Detours

The Town of Cobourg has announced two adjustments to Cobourg Transit routes on June 8 – the day of the Downtown Business Improvement Area’s annual Busker Festival, which will take place downtown from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Route 1 will miss the :44 stop on Division Street and access the terminal by travelling west on University Avenue, then South to Albert Street. All other stops on the route remain unchanged.

On Route 2, the terminal stops will be moved to Third Street beside the Third Street parking lot. All other stops on this route remain unchanged.

The town’s press release warned that transit rides should expect delays on both routes.
