Federal Offender Wanted – Known to Frequent Belleville, Peterborough and Campbellford Areas

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of statutory release.

Stephen DUNKLEY is described as a Caucasian male, 34 year of age, 6’2″ (188cm), 196lbs (89kg) with a shaved head and brown eyes.

He is serving a two (2) year sentence for Theft Over, Possession of Stolen Property Over, Break and Enter with Intent and Assault.

The offender is known to frequent the Peterborough, Belleville and Campbellford areas.
