Cobourg Police – Male Arrested On Outstanding Warrant

At approximately 2240 hrs, 8th of February 2019 the Cobourg Police responded to a Hotel parking lot for a suspicious person in the rear parking lot the staff feared was looking in vehicles for thefts. Police attended and could not locate the male matching the description given, but did locate him a short time and distance away.
A check was conducted by the Cobourg Police and the male was found to have an outstanding warrant of arrest from the Northumberland OPP.
The male, 45 year old Thomas PALMISSANO of Cobourg, was arrested on the strength of the outstanding warrant and transported to the Northumberland OPP.
