With school buses cancelled in Northumberland County because of freezing rain, some people found the best way to have fun. A 11-year-old from Cobourg put on his skates and did hockey drills outside his home on Chapel Street in Cobourg while two, nine-year-old friends go for a skate along the sidewalk.
