Joint arrests involves Hell’s Angels
A London pair is currently in custody, and police are searching for another individual still at large following a joint investigation. On Saturday January 5, 2019, members of the Ontario Provincial Police, Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau, Biker Enforcement Unit, London Police Services’ Guns and Drugs Section and local Royal Canadian Mounted Po lice, executed search warrants at two homes and a storage locker located in London Ontario.
The two residences where the search warrants were executed were on Wharncliffe Road North and Springmeadow Road early Saturday morning, with a storage locker searched on Scanlon Street.
During the execution of the warrants, members seized 154 grams of cocaine (value $15,400), twelve Percocet pills (value $60), two conducted energy weapons, brass knuckles Drug packaging, weigh scales, cellular phones and Canadian currency (value $1000). Also seized were three Hell’s Angels vests.
As a result of the investigation, Sean BURGER, 47, of London, a known Hell’s Angel member, has been charged with:
Possession of a schedule 1 substance for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine and Percocet (Sec 5(2) CDSA) X2
Possession of firearm or ammunition contrary to prohibition order (Sec 117.01(1) CC) X4
Possession of prohibited device (Sec 92(2) CC) X2
Jessica BOLOSHETSHENKO, 33 of London has been charged with:
Possession of a schedule 1 substance – Percocet (Sec 4(1) CDSA)
Unauthorized possession of a weapon (Sec 91(2) CC)
The investigation remains ongoing as police are looking for a third person, a 27-year-old female of London.
BURGER appeared in London court yesterday in relation to the charges, while BOLOSHETSHENKO is expected to appear in court on February 15, 2019.
