Municipality of Port Hope – Draft Budget Presentation

In City Hall

Members of the public are invited and encouraged to attend the presentation of the 2019 draft budget, taking place on Monday, December 10 and continuing on Thursday, December 13, 2018, commencing at 9:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers at Town Hall (56 Queen Street).

At the meetings, the Finance Department, under the leadership of Finance Director David Baxter, will present the draft budget for the 2019 fiscal year for consideration by the Budget Committee, including both the Capital and Operating Budgets for the Municipality.

Prior to the meetings, residents can view the draft budget documents on the Municipal website at http://porthope.ca/budget. Comment forms are also available on the webpage, for residents to share their feedback.

Where: The Council Chambers at Town Hall (56 Queen Street)

The draft budget is subject to change during the Budget Committee meetings. After the budget has been passed by the Budget Committee, it will be presented to Council at a future date, for official approval.
