Cobourg Police – Suspect Arrested for Break and Enter

The Cobourg Police have arrested a man after responding to a break and enter in the downtown area.
On Wednesday the 28th of November, 2018, at approximately 6:30 am, police responded to a business in the downtown area for a report of break and enter in which access was gained via an exterior door. While investigating the break and enter, police were made aware of a second incident at an adjacent business in which a shed was damaged.
As a result of the police investigation, 26 year old Wallace Munro of Cobourg was charged with Break and Enter, Mischief, and Fail to comply with Probation under the Criminal Code and was held in custody pending a Bail Hearing.
