Northumberland OPP – Stolen ATV Recovered

(NORTHUMBERLAND, ON) – On October 4, 2018 officers from the Northumberland Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) entered into an investigation after several items including a black 2015 Kawasaki side by side ATV were reported stolen from an address on the 14th Line East in the Municipality of Trent Hills.

On October 14, 2018 the stolen ATV was recovered by police near the soccer fields in Hastings after receiving a complaint of suspicious activity in the area. The owner of the ATV has been notified.

The Northumberland OPP is asking for the public’s assistance with this ongoing investigation and would ask that anyone with information on this or any other crime to call their nearest OPP detachment. Should you wish to remain anonymous, you may call the Peterborough/Northumberland Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) where you may be eligible for cash reward of up to $2,000 and not have to appear in court.
