Grow Op Found in Ajax

Two people are facing charges after a marihuana grow operation was located at a residence in Ajax.

The West Division Target Team received information about a possible grow op at a home on Purcell Lane. An investigation was initiated.

On Friday, May 11, 2018, a CDSA search warrant was executed at the residence. A total of 13 marihuana plants, a quantity of marihuana seeds and equipment for growing the plants was seized during the search. The street value of the marihuana seized is estimated at $13,000.

Tania WILLIAMS, age 42, and Paris WILLIAMS, age 19, both of Purcell Lane in Ajax, are charged with: Production of Schedule II Substance (marihuana).
