Peacefully at his home in Cobourg on Tuesday, March 27th, 2018, Ted Backer at 86 years of age. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held at the MacCoubrey Funeral Home Reception Centre, 30 King St. E. in Cobourg on Saturday April 28th, 2018 from 11am until 2 pm. Those wishing may make a memorial donation to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
