Passed peacefully on Sunday April 8, 2014 at Peterborough Regional Health Centre at the age of 83. Beloved husband of the late Emma. Son of the late William and Helen Horwood. Loving father of Glen (Sylvia) and Donald. Cherished grandfather of Melissa (Lindsay), Andrea and Keith (Hannah). Proud great-grandfather of Malcolm. Brother-in-law of the late William, the late Edith, the late Rhoda, John, the late Margaret, Sally, Mabel, Joyce, Lillian, Dorthy, Eva, Barbara, Nita, the late Robert, Gordon and Ted.
Friends will be received at MacCoubrey Funeral Home 30 King St. E. Cobourg on Thursday, April 12, 2018 from 7 – 9 p.m. A service in the chapel on Friday, April 13 at 11 a.m. If desired, donations may be made to the PRHC (Palliative Care).
