Breaking News – Pickup Truck Slams Into School Bus North of Brighton

The driver of a pick-up truck sustained non-life threatening injuries after his vehicle slammed into the back of a school bus that had stopped to pick up students north of Brighton on Tuesday, November 3, 2020.

Emergency services were dispatched at approximately 7:30 a.m. to County Road 30 just north of Hansen Road for the collision.

A southbound school bus had stopped to pick up a student/s when a pick-up truck slammed into the back of the bus.

There were a number of high school students on the bus but no one was injured.

The driver of the pick-up was transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

No word on charges.
