Cobourg Police – Fail to Comply

On Wednesday, September 16th, at 1:34 am, police were on general patrol and observed a man in a motor vehicle in breach of his release conditions.

Upon further police investigation, Peter GRIEVE, a 45-year-old male from the Town of Cobourg, was arrested and charged with the following offences:

1. Fail to Comply with Undertaking – Contrary to Section 145(4)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada

2. Fail to Comply with Release Order – Contrary to Section 145(5)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada

Grieve was held for a bail hearing.
