SIU – Criminal Charges not Warranted in Relation to Peterborough Pursuit

The Director of the Special Investigations Unit, Tony Loparco, has determined there are no reasonable grounds to lay criminal charges against a PPS officer in relation to the serious injuries sustained by the 55-year-old driver of the vehicle that was struck.
