Clarification from Community Care Northumberland Regarding Editorial

Community Care Northumberland offers the full range of its services to individuals connected with 310 Division Street, including Transportation, WrapAround Services, and access to our Falls and Exercise programs, and we have also assisted individuals moving from encampments into services, including into 310 Division itself.

While the County’s report reflects only a single onsite day at the location, our own service tracking shows Community Care Northumberland provided transportation to and from 310 Division Street on 88 separate occasions during the same reporting period (March 3, 2025 – June 30, 2026): 53 trips through Volunteer Transportation, 33 through HB (Trent Hills) Rural Transportation, and 2 through HBA (Lakeshore) Rural Transportation, a level of engagement not captured by the onsite-day metric alone.

We welcome the opportunity to clarify this with your readers.
