Three friends spent their Sunday (March 8, 2026) evening surfing on Lake Ontario in Cobourg, chasing the last light of the day.
As the sun dipped toward the horizon, waves crashed hard against the shoreline, making it a struggle at times just to paddle out onto the lake.
But once they broke through the surf, the reward was worth it—riding the rolling waves under a glowing sunset.
