Holiday Cram-A-Cruiser Cobourg Police Service Partners with Northumberland Fare Share Food Bank and The Giving Tree

Cobourg Police Service invites you to help “cram-a-cruiser” on Sunday, November 24th, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. at Walmart, Metro, and No Frills in Cobourg in support of Northumberland Fare Share Food Bank (Fare Share) and The Giving Tree to help everyone have a merry holiday season.

Everyone is welcome to donate non-perishable food or personal care items, toys, gift cards or cash. All donations collected go to local individuals and families in need across Northumberland County.

Any non-perishable food items and cash donations will be given to Fare Share, and all the toys and gift cards will be distributed to families through The Giving Tree community project.

The organizations will deliver these gifts for the holidays to families and individuals across Northumberland County.

The Salvation Army continues to support the event by registering families for Christmas assistance and helping transport toys to the Giving Tree.

Last year’s holiday Cram-A-Cruiser collected 4,315 pounds of food and $4,886 to support the Fare Share, and 123 toys were donated to the Giving Tree.
