Friends of Wesleyville Receive OTF Grant
The Friends of Wesleyville have announced they have received a Resilient Communities Fund grant.
This grant is for $45,900 over two years and will allow the hire of a part-time staffer to “rebuild the Friends of Wesleyville Village resilience and sustainability by reconnecting with donors, volunteers and supporters to meet their needs for program changes, increase participation and generate revenue”.
“Simply put that means connecting with you and our community to serve your needs and to keep the rural heritage village humming for years to come. We’re already working diligently on restoring the Wesleyville Church and making use of our current $97,200 Ontario Trillium Foundation project grant to install accessibility features into the fire damaged facility. Thank you Ontario.for helping to restore community use for all.”
