Repaving Just About Complete at the Waterfront West Parking Lot in Cobourg
Workers have nearly completed the repaving of the Waterfront West parking lot in Cobourg.
The repaving is using re-grind to keep the cost lower than fresh asphalt.
Repaving should be complete by late tomorrow or Friday.
