Cramahe Township Issues Official Statement Regarding Former Fire Chief’s Resignation

Cramahe Township issued a brief statement on Friday, September 4, 2020 regarding former Fire Chief Tim Burgess who resigned his position.

The statement read as follows:

“Cramahe Township issues stated regarding former Fire Chief’s resignation.
Cramahe Township Council has accepted the resignation of Cramahe Fire Department Chief Tim Burgess effective September 3rd, 2020.
During his five years with the department, Tim has been a volunteer firefighter, Assistant Fire Chief and Fire Chief. Tim’s hard work and dedication is an inspiration to staff. Tim continues to actively support the community through his volunteer work with groups such as the Apple Blossom Committee and CRH Ogden Point Quarry CAP.
The Township thanks Tim for his past and continued service and wishes him the best in his future endeavours.”
