CN Rail Starts Process of Removing Gravel Dumped on Neighbouring Property

July 24 cn rail

True to their word, CN Rail workers begin removing mounds of gravel from the property of Brian Milner on Friday, July 24, 2020.

Milner said thousands of tonnes of stone and railway ties were dumped on his property within the last week.

It’s not the first time his property has been used as a dumping ground for CN Rail, but this time Milner seems to have contacted with the right person.

Late Friday afternoon Milner said to small machines were removing the seven metre mound from the property.

With the equipment they have, it will likely take days to remove it all – but Milner is satisfied that progress is being made and hopeful this will be the end of his troubles with the railway company.
