Strong Winds Brings People To The Water
Strong winds and waves usually brings people to Lake Ontario and on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 was no exception.
A number of surfers were catching the waves on the west side of the west breakwall in Cobourg while on the inner harbour people were learning how to successfully roll a kayak.
