Prince Edward County OPP – Three Individuals Charged After Home Invasion (Names Released)
Members of the Prince Edward County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged three people after a home invasion.
On September 24, 2026, shortly after 8:30 a.m., officers responded to Loyalist Parkway in Ameliasburgh Ward after receiving a report of a home invasion. Officers located and stopped an involved vehicle and learned three individuals had left the area on foot.
After extensive efforts by responding officers aided by members of the Emergency Response Team, Tactics and Rescue Unit, the Canine Unit and OPP Aviation Services, two individuals were located. Later in the d ay, one additional individual was located and arrested.
Arthur MOULION, 20 years old from Montreal was charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
Break, enter dwelling house- commit indictable offence
Pointing a firearm
Disguise with intent
Uttering threats – cause death or bodily harm
Firearm- use while committing offence
Assault with a weapon
Fail to comply with probation order
Failure to comply with release order
Jeremie KIAMO, 20 years old from Laval Quebec, was charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
Break, enter dwelling house- commit indictable offence
Pointing a firearm
Disguise with intent
Uttering threats – cause death or bodily harm
Firearm- use while committing offence
Assault with a weapon
Possession of firearm or ammunition contrary to prohibition order
Fail to comply with p robation order – two counts
Konrad FANOU-AKO, 22 years old from Montreal, was charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
Break, enter dwelling house- commit indictable offence
Pointing a firearm
Disguise with intent
Uttering threats – cause death or bodily harm
Firearm- use while committing offence
Assault with a weapon
Possession of firearm or ammunition contrary to prohibition order
Fail to comply with probation order
The investigation continues with the assistance of the Prince Edward County Crime Unit and Forensic Identification Services.
