Northumberland OPP – Lindsay Man Charged with Indecent Act (Name Released)

Members of the Northumberland Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged an individual in connection with an indecent act investigation.

On August 27, 2026, OPP received a report that an individual had exposed themselves while at a commercial premises on 1st Line Road in the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand.

The incident occurred earlier that day, and the individual had left the area prior to police arrival.

As a result of the investigation, one individual was arrested on August 28, 2026.

Patrick LUMMISS (22) of Lindsay has been charged with:

– Indecent act – public place

– Fail to comply with probation order

The accused was held for bail to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cobourg.
