Quinte West OPP – Individual Arrested Following Bail Violation (Name Released)

The Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has arrested as individual a day after his release from custody following reports he was breaching a court-ordered release condition.

On Saturday, July 25, 2026, officers from Quinte West Detachment responded to complaints concerning an individual in the Frankford area.

As a result of the investigation, Curtis LODGE, 70 years old of Quinte West was arrested and charged with:

Distribute cannabis to individual under 18 years of age

Criminal harassment – repeatedly follow, repeatedly communicate with, watch and beset, threatening conduct

The accused was released from custody and scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville, at a later date.

On Sunday, July 26, 2026, at approximately 3:00 p.m., officers were dispatched to a public establishment on North Trent Street in the City of Quinte West for an individual reportedly breaching court ordered release conditions.

As a result, LODGE was arrested and further charged with failure to comply with undertaking

The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville.
