Durham Police – Update – High-Risk Offender Re-Arrested for Breaching Court Order
Keith Theodore Constantin is back in custody after breaching a court order.
On Monday, March 24, 2025, at approximately 11:40 a.m., the DRPS Offender Management Unit became aware that Keith Theodore Constantin was breaching his release conditions. Officers located him and he was taken into custody without incident.
Keith Theodore CONSTANTIN, age 45, of Oshawa has been charged with Breach of Recognizance.
He was held for a bail hearing.
