Officers from the Northumberland Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have laid charges following reports of a disturbance at a hospital.
On December 3, 2024, shortly after 3:00 p.m., police responded to a complaint regarding an individual causing a disturbance and damaging equipment in the emergency department.
Police shortly arrived at the location and took one person into custody.
Kyle MILLER, 33-years-old, from the Municipality of Trent Hills, has been charged with:
– Mischief endangering life
– Common nuisance – endanger life
– Causing a disturbance
– Mischief under $5,000
The accused was held for bail to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cobourg.
