The Town of Cobourg’s Venture13 Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre is accepting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from businesses or organizations interested in leasing a 920 square foot lab space. This versatile space is available for engineering labs, hands-on training centres, or light/small-scale manufacturing.

Project Purpose
Venture13 seeks to attract organizations that align with its mission to foster innovation, research, and technical training. This lab space offers an opportunity for businesses looking to integrate into an entrepreneurial community focused on growth and collaboration.
