A Port Hope Reverend and Friends Have Organized “A Walk for Ukraine”
Reverend Kevin Moore will be walking from Port Hope to Cobourg and back again to Port Hope on Saturday, April 30, 2022.
Moore said he’s raising funds for Ukraine families coming to our area.
“My goal is to raise $10,000 to support these families.”
The walk will go from the Port Hope United Church and stop at Victoria Hall in Cobourg at approximately 1 p.m., before returning back to Port Hope.

If they want to send a cheque they can send it to Port Hope United Church, 34 South St., Port Hope, ON L1A 1R8. The cheques can be made payable to Port Hope United Church with “Rev Kev’s Walk” in the subject line. Every penny will go to Ukrainian relief. Tax receipts will be issued.
