On the 22nd day of October 2021, at approximately 4:38 am, members of the Cobourg Police Service attended the area of King Street West to respond to a report of a suspicious person who appeared to be searching for unlocked motor vehicles. Trespass by Night contrary to section 177 of the Criminal Code;
Fail to Comply with Probation contrary to section 733.1(1) of the Criminal Code
DOHERTY-BOWEN was released from Police custody on an Appearance Notice with an impending court date.

• Don’t leave valuables in view in your car;
• Don’t leave personal information in the glove box when parked.
