Members from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Northumberland Detachment – Crime Unit arrested and charged two individuals in relation to a police investigation in Cramahe Township.
As a result of the police investigation, William MORTON, 65, and Jamie PADDON, 55, both of Cramahe Township, have been charged with:
Sexual assault;
Overcome resistance by administering or attempting to administer a drug; and
Criminal negligence cause bodily harm.
Both accused parties have appeared in Ontario Court of Justice in Cobourg to answer to the charges.
