Cobourg Police – Female Arrested for Mischief
On Tuesday the 21st day of April 2019, at approximately 1:30 pm, Officers responded to the downtown core regarding alleged property damage to a motor vehicle.
As a result of a subsequent Police investigation, 31-year-old Megan DIMINIE of Cobourg was located, arrested and charged with Mischief under $5,000.00 contrary to Section 430(4) of the Criminal Code of Canada. DIMINIE was released from custody on an Undertaking given to the Officer in charge, scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in June of 2020.
